We want you to feel completely confident giving this song to someone you love. This page explains how purchases work, why you hear your song before you pay, and how to reach us if you ever need help.

A digital product you hear before you buy

Every song we make is a custom digital product: a song written and recorded from the story you share, delivered as an MP3 download with its lyrics and a private song page. Nothing is shipped. Before you pay, you listen to a free preview cut from the real, finished recording, so you know exactly what you're getting. As soon as your payment is confirmed, the full song unlocks on your song page and you receive the link by email.

No refunds, and 3 free revisions instead

Because each song is made only for you and you hear it before you buy, we are unable to offer refunds on purchases. What we do instead is make sure you love it: every purchased song includes 3 free revisions from your song page. Change a line, the pronunciation of a name, the style or the voice, and we record a brand new version for you, usually in a few minutes.

Trouble accessing your song?

If your song page doesn't load, a download doesn't work, or your song doesn't appear after paying, email us. In most cases we fix it within minutes, and you never pay for a song you don't receive.

Before you open a dispute

If something isn't right, please reach out to us first at ask@digitalmaterials.store. We're a small team that genuinely cares about your gift, and we can almost always solve it faster than a bank dispute, usually the same day. Give us the chance to make it right.
